Non-monogamous folks

People make a lot of assumptions about non-monogamous relationships and polyamory.  I know that these assumptions can not only be frustrating, but damaging to our intimate relationships.  I have been non-monogamous for over 10 years and the couples I work with are predominantly non-monogamous.  I believe in working beyond the assumptions around non-monogamy and jealousy.

Jealousy in particular is a topic I am very experienced navigating, with a lot of special attention paid to self-worth and self-image.  With society telling us that love is finite, it can be helpful to explore non-monogamy in a supportive space where we break down why that isn’t true.
