At this point, who isn’t anxious and/or depressed?  It can feel as hopeless as it does ubiquitous.  But there are ways of navigating anxiety and depression that make one’s daily life feel less challenging and unregulated.  It isn’t always easy and it sometimes involves deep work with trauma, but there are ways to uncover the roots of our daily bad feelings.
Anxiety and depression don’t have to run your life.  Without sugarcoating it, we can explore ways of lightening the load and figuring out what works and what doesn’t.  It might be a modality, or it might be psychodynamic work with childhood memories.  Either way, we will work on it together.
