LGBTQ+ folks

Are you looking for someone queer and trans who understands the LGBTQ+ lived experience?  Are you tired of explaining the nuances of queerness to straight, cisgender providers?  Work with someone who not only holds an LGBTQ+ identity, but who has worked predominantly with LGBTQ+ folks.

I believe that true liberation comes from people working within their community and I am proud to work within mine.  As a social worker, I believe this is how I can have the greatest impact and help the most people.  When we work within community, we have the privilege of connecting over shared experiences, which I believe can be an important therapeutic tool.  I truly enjoy these connections and believe they are healing for everyone involved.
